DAN TERRY CHOSEN FOR EXECUTIVE BOARD OF FIRST
Dan Terry has recently been chosen as an Executive Board Member for the Northwest Region of FIRST (For Inspiration & Recognition of Science and Technology). The FIRST program promotes the pursuit and joy of science and technology in grades 1 – 12. Contact to discuss supporting this fine organization.
HOMELAND SECURITY
Dan Terry and Dan Kenney attended an invitation only homeland security mock attack on the city of San Diego called Strong Angel III to prove out Intelli-que and Smartcuff product effectiveness to help protect our borders.
SOLIDWORKS DESIGN ASSISTANCE
Steve Terry has been providing design assistance to our customers using SolidWorks 3-D Mechanical Design software. He has attended SolidWorks advance design classes, and utilizes his talent and education to enhance our customer's designs to achieve optimal production, end product, and expense-reduction results!
LASER ENGRAVING
We've added a laser engraving machine that allows us to provide our customers with custom-engraved products for identification, security, and promotional purposes.
TEAM BUILDING
To assist in our team's growth both personally and professionally, and following in last year's experience on the 'Ropes Course' we were lucky to have the very well known motivational speaker, Beth Terry of Beth Terry Seminars spend the day with our crew instructing us in effective communication. We learned how each one of us may hear and process information differently, and how to be responsible for communicating our needs and commitments to 'different ears'. Beth is one of only 500 speakers in the world (and the 141st woman in history) to have earned the prestigious title of Certified Speaking Professional for the National Speakers Association. Her client list includes the who's who of business, law, insurance and government agencies.
